FAQ - Payments, Shipping, Returns, Organic, etc.

Shipping

We ship by priority mail through the United States Postal Serivce (USPS)  Larger orders may be shipped in separate boxes.  We have found that this offers our customers a better rate and quicker delivery time than other shipping companies can provide.

 

Returns

Personal care products can not be returned.  Other items must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.  Email us and we will provide you with a return purchase number, and our mailing information. Once the item has been received and inspected by us, we will issue you an in-store credit, (no cash or credit card refunds),  minus the shipping costs.  This in-store credit will  have no expiration date.

We will however, accept an un-opened, un-used item if we shipped a wrong product in error. 

 

Out of Stock

 Online purchases can occur at any time, even during the periods when the store is closed for business.   Should a product go out of stock, we will put these items back online as soon as possible.  If you are placing an order at the time a product becomes out of stock, we delete the out of stock item from your order and process your order like normal.   You will not be charged for an out of inventory item. An email will be sent to you alerting you of an out of stock item, and it's anticipated back in stock date.   We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

 

 Payment

 We accept payments only through PayPal.  When you are using PayPal we DO NOT have any access to your private financial information.  All transactions are handled through PayPal, the world wide recognized, secure online financial processing company.  PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express as well as your Bank Debit Card.  If you do not have a PayPal account go to www.paypal.com to sign up for a free account.

 

Certified Organic

We use many products that are 100% FDA certified organic.  However, once we open these certified organic products and add our actives to them or  only re-bottle them, we can not list them as certified organic because we do not currently have an FDA Certified Handler license.  We will however, list them as having organic content.

 

Vegan

Products that  are 100% vegan  will be listed stating they are Vegan  for those of you who prefer these products.

 

Go Green

Skin Affinity is  doing its  part by re-using all materials (as appropriate) to conduct business.  We re-fill printer ink cartridges, re-use bubble wrap, peanuts and papers to pack an order. Our office equipment is turned off when not in use to conserve even more energy.  We re-cycle in every way we can.   

We encourage you to do the same.  We only have one earth and must help and protect it. This is an area that one person can make a difference.

    Orders are processed during normal business hours in the order in which they are received.  Our lead time is approximately 24-48 hours after we receive your order to ship your products.
